The HR Call Center Representative 3 ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes. May apply intermediate mathematical skills. The HR Call Center Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. The HR Call Center Representative 3 provides centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions.
